Grey Cement

is Europe's 1st and World's 2nd Cement Exporter

ASTM TYPE I/II - Portland Cement

Usage Area: As per ASTM C-150 standard, it consists of portland cement clinker and calcerous.  It is suitable for general use. It is appropriate to use it in the circumstances where the early mould must be taken (prefabricate applications). It is preferred in the cold weather concrete casting.

Technical Features: Provides high early and final strength.

Sector-Specific Advantages: It offers high early and final strength in ready-mixed concrete production. Allows production with the high hydration heat it has under cold weathers.

Selling Type:

  • 25-50 kg bag
  • 1,5 tons slingbag
  • 1,5 tons bigbag
  • 1.5 -2 tons Stretchhood
  • In Bulk

CEM I 42,5 R - Portland Cement

Usage Area: As per TS EN 197-1 standard, it consists of portland cement clinker and calcerous.

CEM I 52,5 N - Portland Cement

Usage Area: It is a type of cement obtained by grounding the Portland cement clinker together with some amount of gypsum (CaSO4:2H2O). It is used in all types of reinforced concrete buildings.

Technical Features: Provides High early and final strength.

Sector-Specific Advantages: It offers high early and final strength in ready-mixed concrete production. Allows production with the high hydration heat it has under cold weathers. Also, it ensures superior performance in prestressed concrete

Selling Type: Bag, Bulk

CEM II / A-M (P-L) 42,5 R - Portland Composite Cement

Usage Area: As per TS EN 197-1 standard, it is in the blended cement class and has a wide application area. Specifically it is preferred in the hot weather concrete casting. It has a higher processability than portland cement and is suitable for general use.

Technical Features: The fine filling material it contains tightens the mikropores within the concrete and increases the imperviousness. In its own class, it is in the cement group with high early and final strength.

Sector-Specific Advantages: It increases quantity in building chemical productions thanks to its low density and contributes in processability in ready-mixed concrete productions. With the trass content it ensures long-term strength.

Selling Type: Bag, Bulk

CEM II / A-L 42,5 R - Portland Calcareous Cement

Usage Area: It was specially designed for the producers of pumices.  It has both high early strength and lower setting time and also ease of processability. It increases profitability of plants by shortening the piling and shipment time.

Technical Features: Thanks to its early stiffening, early high strength, low contamination times, it provides high performance in the taping and shipment.

Sector-Specific Advantages: It shortens the drying time which is the most important parameter in pumice sector and speeds up shipment process of the material. Early strength is higher compared to normal grey cement

Selling Type: Bag, Bulk

CEM III / A 32,5 R - Blast Furnace Slag Cement

Usage Area: Thanks to its low hydration heat property, it is suitable specifically for the manufacture of big building elements and at high temperature concrete casting applications. It is preferred in plaster, screed and mortar productions.

Technical Features: It provides low hydration heat. It contains high ratio of cinder.

Sector-Specific Advantages: Its greatest advantage is that it offers low hydration heat in mass concretes and ensuring long-term workability in mortar and plaster applications. It can be used as both in buildings and also in plaster and mortar productions

Selling Type: Bag, Bulk

CEM IV / B (P) 32,5 R - Pozzolanic Cement

Usage Area: It is preferred in applications such as plaster, screed and mortar.

Technical Features: The cement preferred in the concretes and buildings with standard quality.

Sector-Specific Advantages: It increases quantity in plaster and mortar productions thanks to its low density and contributes in processability in ready-mixed concrete productions. With the trass content it ensures long-term strength

Selling Type: Bag, Bulk
