Bauxite Ores
Bauxite ore production targets are based on alumina and liquid aluminum production targets.
Bauxite is a mixture of aluminum oxide and hydroxides with an hardness(Mohs scle) of 1-3 and a density of 2,5 – 3,5 gr/cm3. 90% of the metal aluminum production in the world is supplied from bauxite ore. In this respect, bauxite ore has an important place in world trade. Bauxite is a mixture of diasporite (Al2O3.H2O), böhmit [AlO(OH)], gibsite (hydrarjilit) [Al(OH)3] minerals and generally contains silica, iron oxides and TiO2.

Aluminium Billets
This product is used as a raw material in production of aluminium section with extrusion technology.We produce ingot in various alloys, sizes and lengths upon customer request. Billet is produced in qualities of 1XXX, 2XXX,3XXX, 5XXX
6XXX, 7XXX and 8XXX.
Weights of billets are available in the chart of Package Weights by Diameter.Also, hydrogen analysis on billet is possible by means of Alscan device.Ultrasonic flaw detection for billets is also available.
Aluminium Composite Panels
Aluminium Composite Panel is a frequently used material in architectural buildings. It is a facing product of non-toxic (eco-friendly) polyethylene between two layers of aluminium with variable thickness (0,50mm, 0,30mm, 0,21mm) and coated with different colours and PVC films in order not to be damaged during the transport, warehousing and application processes.
